You can login to your MemoryC user account to check the current status of your order.
As soon as an order has shipped you will also be able to view the shipping details of your order within your account. Most shipping methods offer online tracking and you will be able to click through to the relevant tracking website directly from your MemoryC account.
Orders shipping via the postal services to countries outside Ireland may only be trackable until they leave the Irish postal service.
How much will shipping cost?
When viewing an individual product page, on the right hand side, you will see a total for shipping. To select your country, click the button for countries a the top right corner of the page. This will then update your page to include your region's shipping total.
Can I change my delivery address?
Delivery Addresses cannot be changed after a purchase has been made. You may try to cancel an order before then. Orders can be cancelled before entering the processing stage. After that point, items must be returned.
How do I know if a product is in stock?
Our website shows our stock levels in real-time. That means if you see on our website that we have 10 of a product in stock - tht means we have that product in stock, in our own warehouse, ready to ship immediately.
Unlike many virtual stockists (who only order stock when you place your order) we carry our products in stock, which means we can guarantee the shortest possible delivery time to you.
Products listed on our website as "ships in 1-2 days" do have an additional processing time of 1-2 days from the time you place your order.
Can I collect my order from your warehouse? (Ireland Only)
Yes, it is possible to collect your orders from our warehouse.
When placing your order please select the option called "Collect from shop" - as long as all items on your order are showing in stock, we will have your order ready for collection within 30 minutes.
Please note that all orders for collection must be paid for online when placing your order.
What is the cut-off time for same-day shipping?
We offer a large range of shipping options. When you place an order on our website you will be able to choose the option you prefer.
In the shopping cart you will be able to see which shipping options are still available for shipping the same day.

Where can I find a copy of my invoice?
All orders shipped from our warehouse will have an invoice included in the package.
If you need to print a new copy of your invoice you can do this as follows:
- Login to our website
- Go to your order history
- Find the order you need an invoice for and click the View or Print Invoice link
Can you change details on my invoice after my order has shipped?
Every order ships with a commercial invoice. The invoice is produced as soon as your order has been passed to our warehouse for picking and packing.
Unfortunately, as the invoice is an important financial and legal document, we cannot make any alterations to an invoice after it has been produced in our system. This includes modification of the name, date or any other information on the invoice.
Support and Warranty Questions
How can I log into my account?
Your "My Account" tab is found at the top right corner of our homepage. To access it, simply click on it. To become a site member, you may register in the drop down menu. Alternatively, you may register when purchasing a product.
How can I cancel my order?
Under your account (My Account) tab, select Order History to look at your past purchases. You may then have the option to Cancel your order. Once you do, we will send you an immediate email acknowledging your cancelled order.
What is an RMA number?
An RMA number is a unique Returns Number that our support department will issue you with after you apply to return a product to us.
Please note that all products being returned to us (no matter if they are for exchange, credit or refund) must have an RMA number printed on the package.
The RMA number allows our support staff to process your return in a timely manner, as that number will give them instant access to information on the package and the reason for the return.
Do your products come with warranties?
Most products that we sell come with warranties. You can view a product warranty on each individual product page under the specifications section.
Do you offer trade accounts to IT resellers?
