Portable hard drive enclosure with high-speed USB3.0 interface. The Silicon Power Armor A30 is shockproof and offers military-grade protection for your hard drive. Verified to sustain a drop from 300cm (3 meters) and the unique design complies with the US Military MIL-STD-810G standard.
Designed for 2.5-inch SATA hard drives up to 2TB capacity and includes a unique wrap-around USB3.0 cable.
This White and Black Edition not only performs well and protects your data at all times; it also looks really cool. The internal hard drive suspension system keeps the hard drive safe from impact or drops.
The casing used in the Armor A30 comprised of a shock-resistant silica gel, building from the internal structure to the exterior, adding an extra shield to withstand crushes and shocks.

I ordered this to house a 120GB ssd of the same brand. No problem fitting it in the case but it will only fit 7mm thick drives

Was using it to create an external drive from an old internal 1tb 2.5" HDD that was replaced by an SSD. This Enclosure is designed for a drive as thin as an SSD not a standard HDD so it was very hard to close up with the rubber protection. Managed it, but the Rubber inserts are bulging out.

Only for 7mm deep drives

Bought for my 2.5 SATA drive removed from laptop. Which turns out to be 9 mm. Not once in the specifications does it mention this, and you would presume it would fit any 2.5 drive.
Build quality is cheap, best to avoid this one, unless you measure your drive, and it is in fact only 7 mm. I improvised by trimming the silicone nubs [or whatever you call them]
I wish I'd got the Transcend StoreJet 25S3 which fits up to 9.5mm deep drives.
