Poor driver experience

Quick start leaflet pointed to MSI website but could not find driver. Went to Nvidia site, downloaded driver but would not install, tried online support info but no help, tried several times with different settings, still no install. Finally tried to update driver in Windows, it found one & installed it no trouble at all. Otherwise card is working fine.
