This Silicon Power 2.5-inch Solid State Disk is for systems with the 44-pin IDE/PATA interface. Ideal for industrial systems along with older laptops and PCs, supports both Windows and Linux based systems. Read speed up to 115MB/sec and write speed up to 95MB/sec.
Based on high-quality SLC Nand Chips and with support for SMART feature command set. Supports 48/28 bit LBA addressing and compliant with ATA/ATAPI-8 standard command protocol.
The SSD-I20 is an industrial-grade SSD from Silicon Power, suitable for use in both personal and industrial systems. Although the IDE/PATA standard is getting older, it proved to be such a reliable interface standard that there are still millions of systems in use that rely on this interface.
