I have fitted a 120Gb Vertex 3 SSD to this box and this is ideal for fast transfer of files.

Well, it works straight out the box, once you put your drive in it.
I'm getting very good read/write times, especially with a SSD drive in it.
Just one negative (for which I deduct one star). The USB cable could have been double in length. The supplied one is way too short.
