The LogiLink CR0012 Multicard Reader is a practical internal card-reading solution designed for desktop PCs with an available standard 3.5" drive bay. It provides convenient access to a wide variety of popular memory card formats directly from the front of your computer.
Using an internal USB connection to the motherboard or USB controller, the CR0012 supports USB 2.0 and USB 1.1 specifications, providing reliable data transfer for everyday file management. It can read and write up to 54 commonly used card types, making it suitable for transferring photos, videos, documents and other files from a broad range of memory cards.
The reader supports formats including CompactFlash (CF I/II/Ultra CF), Microdrive, SD, SDHC, MMC, RS-MMC, MS, MS-Pro, MS-Duo, MS-Pro-Duo, xD, microSD and microSDHC. Power is supplied directly through the internal connection, eliminating the need for a separate power adapter.
Installation is straightforward, and no additional driver installation is required, allowing the card reader to be integrated into a compatible desktop system with minimal setup. A front-facing USB port also provides an additional convenient connection for compatible USB devices.
