1GB CellShock 667MHz module with Micron D9GMH chips. This module is rated CL5 (5-5-5) at PC2-5300 speed but due to these specific Micron chips it is a highly overclockable module with great potential. With 8-layer PCB, 240 pins, 1.8-2.1V.

These modules are sold as single 1GB modules. If two modules are purchased together they are guaranteed to work as a dual channel kit.
