Slower than expected write speeds

16G card tested with CrystalDiskMark. Read speeds very good (>70MB/s for large files), but write speeds very average (11MB/s for 'photo-sized' files, and only 3.5MB/s for 512k files). For Queued small file writes, it's the slowest card I've ever tested (90k/s!).
