Pros:
Small (harken back to 1.8" drives and this isn't far off)
Fast (given the price point)
Inexpensive

Cons:
Cheap, plastic casing - definitely doesn't inspire confidence

In short - if you need some fast external storage that can easily be shipped here and there, this is a good option.
