256GB 1.8-inch KingSpec SSD Solid State Disk with CF IDE female 50-pin interface. Suitable for a range of netbooks, laptops, MP3 players and more. Read speed up to 85MB/sec and write speed up to 53MB/sec.
This CF Solid State Disk is a relatively new product type. Equipped with the 50-pin female CF IDE interface, it is suitable for many older devices supporting this interface type. Most popular SSD in older iPods, iRiver and other music players, and also used in many other devices, including the ones listed below.
Based on MLC-NAND Flash memory.
