Not the fastest memory I ever used but when reading i.e. browsing through images it seems to excel. I'm using, inc formatting on a MAC but sharing with "all" users so it must be readable on all formats available today - be sure to use ex-fat as your MAC formatting option and you can also name your drive - in my case it was a wedding album, so the top folder is the name of the Bride and Groom.
I would highly recommend these drives especially for their very reasonable price and capacity, particularly if you are giving them away.
