This Silicon Power 2.5-inch Solid State Disk is for systems with the 44-pin IDE/PATA interface. Ideal for older laptops and PCs, supports both Windows and Linux based systems. Read speed up to 115MB/sec and write speed up to 40MB/sec.
Based on high-quality 19nm Toshiba MLC Nand Chips and with support for SMART feature command set. Supports 48/28 bit LBA addressing and compliant with ATA/ATAPI-8 standard command protocol.
