Love this drive

I have owned a lot of USB drives in my time - but none as cool as this. I just looks and feels so durable and sturdy, and it looks good on a keyright, mixes in well with the other keys.
May not be the fastest USB drive around, but still performs better than most of the his-speed drives I have used in the past.
Highly recommended!

If you're into gadgets or just need to have portable memory where you're not constantly looking under the couch to find it, this is for you. Mine just arrived. Within 24 hours of the order! and sits very snugly on my keyring. Apart from looking cool it's scratch and water resistant so it can take a few knocks.
Very impressive gadget. LaCie have quite an innovative range where the design is always a bit different from the norm. It's worth paying slightly more for a product that will last longer and where you can have some faith it's not going to fail with all your important documents! Time will tell if it becomes damaged as reported by a previous reviewer. Would Still highly recommend this product.

Cool looking and fast, but not so sturdy

Fantastic wow effect at meetings and within the geek community. Good transfert rate. Do what you are expecting from a USB key.
Nevertheless, this key is supposed to be designed to be kept on a keyring with other real keys in a pocket, and so, it must be very ruggedized. I found my LaCie 8gb last night bent 30 degrees when I took it out of my coat pocket, and I didn't even sat on it. Fortunatly, it was still working, even after being 'un-bent' by hand. I think this key needs to be slightly thicker to withstand the 'pocket' environment.
